Looking for webmaster? with knowledge of scripts

    Hi guys,

    I'm looking for a person able to create scripts for website. This scripts need to read data, send emails, create .pdf documents from date input made by user and cooperate with database (mysql?)

    Would you be able to recommend anyone or links, places, companies where I can enquire ?

    Do you think I should start moaning from the first moment that I don't really have a money to pay for this script... :twisted:
    or leave it till a bit later ? :D
