Hello, as the title says i am looking for the whitelist removed bios for the HP compaq NC6230 Laptop. After an hour of google-ing all of the links lead back to the same page in the "this is no request thread" sticky above, but the link is broken. (rather, it leads to a page that says the file has been removed) Does anyone still have this lying around or can point me to a tutorial on how to make one? thanks.
There is no generic way to remove a whitelist. It depends on the type of BIOS / EFI and one's ability to reverse the code. Alternatively one simply can replace the IDs to allow it to run. One of the experts TTAV134 has stopped to modify them. Hopefully somebody still has the mod.
