Maybe I'm either missing something or not searching right. I'm looking for a copy of win 10 iot enterprise for a test thin client. Anyone have a link, or will tell me what to look for?

Only versions on MSDN are as below:

Windows 10 IoT Core, Version 1511 (x86, ARM) - DVD (English)
ISO English Release Date: 12/3/2015 Details
    1265 MB

This is the Windows 10 IoT core OS package required for building custom device images. Windows 10 IoT Core requires Visual Studio 2015 Update 1 for development purposes such as debugging & deploying images. Windows 10 IoT Core is the smallest version of the Windows 10 editions that leverages the Windows 10 common core architecture. This edition enables building low-cost devices with fewer resources. Development for Windows 10 IoT Core leverages the Universal Windows Platform.

It does exist. It's what HP and Dell are using on thin clients.

Yeah, together with KeyboardFilter, and a Ramdisk. And its own "HP Unified Write Filter Configuration".
