    Hey All,

I have a laptop with 3 user accounts and only one has admin rights which happens to be the one whose password is unknown. So I do not have another user ID with admin credentials.

    1. I have tried 'ophcrack' but was a no go.

    2. I have tried 'ntpassword' but that was a no go either. The changes simply do not hold even after I 'successfully' go thru all the process and properly quit and exit. In the process I did find that the account is locked and don't know if this helps any. I have even gone thu the FAQ on the 'NTpasswd' web page to try and get what the issue is. And, it is really pretty straight forward, but, had no success following the recommendations.

    3. I have tried 'ultimatebootcd' but have no idea what menu actually helps in cracking the password. I have tried all menu items, but none seem to be for password cracking. The FAQ section does not address password retrieval.

If there is any help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
