Hi I have created outlook account and do not remember the password now. However I got the outlook app installed in my phone and signed in before I forgot the password. I tried retrieving the password from the Microsoft website, but it asks questions such as some emails recipients and subject life of past emails. Since the account is new, I have not sent any email from that account. Good point is I am still logged in through my phone's Outlook App and I have no clue how can I reset to a new password. App does not provide that feature. And if I try from website it first asks for old password and since I do not remember the old password it prompts for these recent email recipient and subject line questions. Do you have suggestions how can I reset the password from app. Kind regards A
on your phone when you sign on is there a box that says lost password ? its below the password box after you enter your email address. from there they send you a temp password to sign on with.
