Was browsing reddit and a user managed to apparently update ltsc 1809 to 1903. Apparently he first converted ltsc 1809 to non ltsc 1809 then updated non ltsc to 1903 and convert it back to ltsc 1903. Wat Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC v1903 Build 18362.207 x64 He hasnt replied to how he did it, his last post was 3 months ago. Anyone know any idea how he managed to do that? If so please let me know. Spoiler: Screenshots

You can't create it. You can only use tools like MGMS Toolkit and NTLite to cut up the image and reduce bloatware. Unfortunately, MS keeps making it more difficult to de-bloat Windows 10.
Someone "wanted" to see 20H1 "LTSC", so here it is: Spoiler Disclaimer: 20H1 LTSC will not exist. Any 20H1 "LTSC" ISO you will probably see will be a homebrew crap.
Why? Do you have a legal license for LTSC, so you can't use any other edition? Most likely no. Will you get updates for it after 20H1 EOL? Absolutely no. Will this prevent you from getting Feature Updates? Also no. Will this remove all UWP apps and restore classic calculator? Also no. Give me a reason that makes sense and maybe I will publish this.
I do not think that MDL approves of posting "home brew" installs, You will have to use another avenue to distribute
