    Hi.
I have been trying to install Win7 for Mac for a long time, but I can not.
I know Win7 does not support Mac 5k 2017 Apple or Intel and the men use the virtual.
So what I've tried all over here.
    I created a fat32 partition in a disk utility.
I'm holding alto in boot and I have Win7 in external drive.
When selecting a boot system, I have the option of selecting a bootable DVD from Win7 and the Mac will start reading from the DVD
but I see only a black screen and after a moment it boots itself into MacOS or Win10.

I have tried different versions of Windows 7 UEFI LEGACY.
    Via DVD. Via USB.
There is a tutorial on YouTube and there it works. Not me.

    My .Mac Configuration.
    iMac with Retina 5k display.
3.4GHz Intel Core i5 Seventh Generation.
    8GB DDR4.
    1TB Fusion Drive.
    Radeon Pro 570 with 4GB.

if i understand well, you already have win10 installed on your mac so that would mean that you used bootcamp to be able to install it on your mac. Is it the case ?

Maybe not. Damage. I'd love to use Windows 7 on Mac.
