So you're speaking from a term of the Apple T1/T2 enforcing secure boot, and disabling USB device boot? In that case, no. This software is primarily for working with BIOS/UEFI from the SPIROM; it does not support editing anything on the SoC ROM (yet). It can remove MDM by using a clean serial number, or EFI lock by invalidating the Message Authentication Code in the SVS store. Not to worry, the software is posted in various places.
