Should I update my Yosemite 10.10.3 to this version?

Only the dev preview is released which mayn't be suitable for being a daily driver.

Simple answer: you should not. Better wait for, at least 4 or 6 months, after this new OSX version gets really tested by other bold adventurers. Remember Mavericks and Yosemite that simply screwed with people wifi cards on Macbooks?

I was trying to install on VMware (11) and I cant. I tried everything and seems like they have updated something. No problems with Yosemite, tho.

How did you try? The InstallESD has now a gpt partition style, maybe that is the problem.

By copying the image to a usb drive, by converting the dmg to iso, and a long, long etc that I cant even remember.
Finally, I got an vmware image working, but its not the same as running on real.

Would you mind sharing the procedure on how you got it working on VMWare 11. I would like to try it on a Windows Machine running VMWare 11.

There's a premade VMWare image on TPB. Works fine on my older desktop, but my brand new laptop has issues. USB 3 bus only on that one, and El Crapitan don't like it.

El Crapitan. From crApple. A colleague's real MBP is having USB issues as well, so it seems that the fault isn't limited to VMs and Hackintoshes.

El Capitan 10.11.1 is running well on my machine with lastest Clover Bootloader:
    Mobo: Asrock B85M-Pro4
    CPU: Core i5 4590
    VGA: GTX 275
    RAM: 6GB (4GB GSkill + 2GB Micron)
HDD: Sasung 160GB Sata 2 :D (faster on 128GB SSD with TRIM Enabled)
PS: Mobo Z97 or H97, CPU Core i5 or i3 4th, GT 740 or iGPU 4600 is best for Yosemite and El Capitan :tasty:

Yes you can update to 10.11.3. best solution is a refresh install, but you can update from 10.10.5 yosemite to 10.10.3 El capitan

OS X in virtual machine SUCKS does no matter which VM you use and how performant the computer is.
