microSD cards nowadays com in large enough sizes. Because of their size they are easier to store and organize.

As Rufus works on them too, can they be used for disc-copies?
    Thanky

Is time really a problem? I am not going anywhere.... and all the data on that laptop is not very much, only 40GB...
My question is more about the fault-free quality and how long a microSD is reliable.

I tried to use AOMEI, because they have great illustrated instructions. But when you get to the "Clone Disk" .... nothing happens.
I wrote them a mail, and they answered fast, but too late. The problem is GPT or MBR difference.
Basically it would have been a good idea to have a pop up appear at this point, when someone tries with an MBR. But no po up....
Turns out may Samsung 850 EVO is on MBR

Then the real problem started. I decided to only make System Disk copy. It started out fine... until it got stuck at 99%... and remained there for an hour.
Now I am the proud owner of a 128GB USB, that can no longer be accessed.
