Thanks for the link. Nothing gets installed though.

Guess you are right using 1809 LTSC.

    Appreciated.

Forcing it via the device manager (manual selection) does indeed install the X1300 in Win7 and Win10.

But the performance is (of course) as bad as the "Microsoft Standard VGA Adapter."
Here I had hopes that at least low quality youtube stuff would not stutter a bit less.

    Anyway, "it worked". :S

And with win10 1909, with that hardware and the modded drivers, youtube worked fine at 720p? (1080p and above will certainly not work). Because If i'm not mistaken, x1300 doesn't decode h264

Also, have a look at h264ify browser extension. youtube by default uses VP9 video codec and it's a little heavier than h264

It felt a bit better using 1909. But not perfect. Im aware its an old pal. ;)

Also Win10 2019 LTSC stops at the Windows logo when booting from USB, so I cant install it.

I went straight for 20H1. No glitches so far.

For usb block on ltsc use iso 17763.316

    The last official ltsc

or use 1909 iso and replace install.wim ( with install wim from last iso 17763 )

Remove ei.cfg if exist and try

i would also go 32bit with a old machine like this less headaches and u have a better chance of getting running with minimal issues.
