Is it possible to do this with one script.I like a dark blue background or black.I know i can do it for individual sites like google black or blue/red youtube with userstyless. But i am wondering if there is a one fits all solution.Also i see people make custom windows black OS's. Is their a good guide to doing this and does it mess with system files.I appreciate uor knowledge on this.Also if this isn't recommended can you let me know.I have a virtual machine to practice on.Windows 7 and 8/8.1 would be the OS's i would be messing with.Thanks.
ive looked into this and believe it its unnecessary to add 3rd party programmes.I just like the idea of making my os look its best to my preference.But if it aint broke why fix it
