ESET has a free online virus scanner. It works well, but you get only one shot at running it, as they want to sell you the full package. There are a few other online scanners, but eset cleaned up some nasty junk on my computer the others missed.
Seeing these images, there is not any of file, that should not be there. All of them may be there, even should be. That you can not run from a USB stick - the problem is probably something else and does not in any way related to this problem.
