I order 5 wmc key .. and i got it but i have only 3 pc my question is can i keep those unused product key for further period i.g 22.6.2013 and still they can valid ?
if u would read what microsoft says they say good till 1/31/2013 whether or not the keys will be valid after that point only time will tell
as far as I know the key will still valid after the date. but then you will have to pay for it. Think about it after the due date user with win pro need to update to WMC key will still be posted No /yes!
For to keep the Key's in "working" condition, you'll need to use them for to activate latest on January 31. 2013! Keep in mind that the activation is bound to the MB used for to activate. Maybe it's possible to call to MS for an activation re-new if you use an different MB afterwards.
What if I just change my hard drive? After Jan 31, 2013 that is. (hd where win and office is installed)
That wouldn't hardly a problem! I done that several times even together with Graphic Card and Memory and the Activation were still working! I think it's the MB only or if you re-install many times that you've to call to MS for re-activation.
