    Hi

    I have the need to have Media Center Pack as a separate package so that I can install it without the Internet.

    So, how can I solve this problem?

    Thanks

    Just enter the upgrade key... installation doesn't need active internet connection.

    @vymrdal

    I think its not recommended to use WDI as it uses data.dat swapping method which will be flagged by MS anytime.

    WMC is part of the Windows 8 Pro ISO already .. When you "add features" they are just unlocking what's there already .

    I have to also agree the WMC is worthless ... I use a USB Cable from my Computer to the Big Screen to watch Movies... also that new USB Wireless Adapter is pretty nice ...
    my gosh a 46" HD computer

    I use on my HTPC with the Ceton cable card tuner. I would be lost without it. Once you customize WMC (media browser & MCE Reset Toolbox). By itself, I aggee that the interface is pretty drab.

    A curiosity: If a person, like me, have Windows 8 Enterprise 64-bit, as it does to install the Media Center Pack for Windows 8?

    Thanks
