    Try VLC player.
It works great and there is both 32 and 64 bit.
    Works great.

I am using the default Windows Media Player now that it can play MKV video files.

I use MPC with LAV Filters + madVR + Reclock etc. for video and uncommon audio files.
(There is also an unofficial packed version of MPC and the must have stuff that is updated very frequently on another forum, google KCP if you want).

Then for my music library foobar2000 is the best out there but now that WMP is back with .flac I'm tempted to change back :p (I still wait for WASAPI support and some other things though).

PS: I really LOLed with this "prijatelj.v" guy. Don't take it bad bro but your post structure is somewhat... refreshing from what I'm used to see... :spoton:

mpc-hc, vlc, potplayer, gomplayer, PowerDVD or Acrsoft TMT for heavy commercial formats like BD3D. Thouthands of it and nothing is special for Win10.

Same here, I used to add codecs for .MKV and .FLAC (and sometimes ffdshow to play older family videos) but it looks I won't have to anymore

Now that even WMP supports .mkv, if it could support .srt subtitles I wouldn't even consider to use an other player; but unfortunately... I'm not deaf, just not from an English-speaking country. Without subs I can only catch about 80% but sometimes I'm missing the point or some good fun. There's not better player by far if you're from an English-speaking country and you don't need subs.
