    Update:

Everything of interest can be found in post #6

(thanks to "drnightshadow", for providing a link to a gigantic PDF )

    old original post :

    Hi there,

Im interested in the new telematic connectors, used by doctors and hospitals in germany.
They are somekind of a router, using VPN to connect the doctors to the telematic system.
On top of it a firewall/dynamic packet filter.

    Result :
Its easier to share patients details...and its a mess. :D

    Now...

Are there any detailed infos about these boxes out there ?

Apart from the official infos (intel CPU, SSD, RAM, LAN Port, USB Port...) ?

    Providers are :
    RISE, KocoBox, Secunet, T-Systems...

Id like to know about the mainboard, chipset, pre-installed sofware, Firmware etc.

    Anyone ? :)

There are a few brochures out there, but the info is mostly sales and marketing or "mission statement" stuff.

I would think that the manufacturers of that equipment would try to keep that info a secret, so that they can minimize penetration into their systems.

    My two cents... :)
