Any idea how to install skype 2.0.0.5011 on windows 8.1 ? It's default and installed, but I remove skype from apps and when decided to bring back to apps, from the store you can install(would install ver 1.9). I found that I have both version on my pc in "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps" folder, but don't know how to run the newest version. There's no appx file....
I assume anyone knew this problem a few month ago.. u were received an update from store for video and music app. the problem has been fix by microsoft a few week later. the version showing 2.1.41.0 is lower than default and maybe a mistake from server. So if you uninstall and install a skype app from store a month ago, i suggest u uninstall and install back. maybe microsoft already fix all the error in store otherwise.. refresh ur pc.
