My stepdad asked me to save some of his files, install SSD drive and Windows 10 on his SUPER-messed up Windows 7 (he runs 3 AV's at the same time, slows PC to a super-crawl). He did not leave me his login password. I tried to login Safe Mode + Command Prompt to run "net user Administrator /active:yes", but selecting Safe Mode + Command Prompt did not load Command Prompt. It just loaded the login screen. What are some other ways to get past the password? I recall working as a PC repair tech and one of the techs had this awesome program that was hassle-free easy password bypass, but it was niche I think and he wouldn't share it (WTH?)...
