Seems to me we just have to grin and bear it, the OS is what it is, try to change it, other things do not work, sfc /scannow won't repair it, looks like we may just have to let it slide, I don't want half a OS, and I want it to work, so until I see my bank balance posted somewhere, Oh this hurts, I'll have to deal with it as is.

Isn't it that most of the time you, and others, include I, even didn't read the attached EULA's etc. if install a Application and/or OS? Who's fault? For sure it's the fault of the user! If to complain, the user has to complain to him/her self! Whil didn't read a EULAand/or License Term, the user just accept it!
