    Goal of the fusion is the same as with skype. They are already developing a built in spy chip at windows phones for the NSA. How to decrypt private skype chats they know already from M$, now windows 8 phones are next to be spied on, thanks to the fusion with M$ who cooperates with the NSA. :D

    Beware of Nokia phones in the future. They are now completely in the hands of NSA sympathisers.

    What you're saying is true... The European Companies aren't as shameless as the US ones; they still have some ethics. So what do these US companies do? Start buying them! I believe there is an agenda there. First these Wall Street rating organisations downgrade the ratings, then stocks fell, the lamestream media takes over spreading crap negative publicity and finally the company is brought!
