@duster340 You have no problem with Microsoft and since these are third-party drivers (Logitech), and Microsoft does not provide them to you, nor does it offer any replacement for them. So you have to find and download and install them yourself. By the way, to reassure you, I can say that these drivers are really difficult to find and only very good driver updaters can find them. Notably, Logitech updated these drivers not too long ago, and many third-party servers don't have them. Also, Logitech doesn't offer any help themselves to find them. I know this quite well because I was dealing with the same question not too long ago and still haven't found them all. It can be seen from your first picture that you don't have the right drivers at the moment and one of them is completely missing. However, this does not mean that your mouse or keyboard does not work at all, but only some functions actually do not work. At this point, the Logitech SetPoint Control Settings manager can best help you. So, go to Logitech website and find there what You can and what is possible and remember, Windows and Microsoft will not replace them and also will not find them for You also. And if that doesn't help either, it means you're using outdated Logitech hardware and it would be wise to consider upgrading. PS. Just recently there was also an update Logitech SetPoint Control Center, maybe it can offer something, can't say, you have to try it yourself.
For real? Geez, I won't buy Logitech products anymore just to be safe. Do you know or have experience with other brands?
Yes, I know that because I was struggling with the same problem myself. But I can't recommend anything either. All I know is that there are drivers for some versions and they work perfectly, but since there are so many different versions, it is quite impossible to recommend anything. All I know is that IObit Driver Booster generally can't find them so far, DriverMax can find them in some cases and Driver Easy can also find them in some cases for some versions.
Oh you misunderstood my question above, I meant to say, if you have experience or know other brands that have same issues as Logitech.
Sorry. Well, I forgot that part of the question, but I'll try to fix it... Unfortunately, I can't recommend anything good or smart.
Maybe I'm just not explaining myself clearly. I already have the proper Logitech drivers installed. Maybe I should of given the name of combo I bought from Amazon.Ca Model keyboard K545 Model of Mouse M510. This model although cheaper than the ones I've owned in the past doesn't use SetPoint! I really appreciate all your help but the problem isn't Logitech is Microsoft continuing to attempt downloading the drivers with code 28 in one of my pictures that I have shown. Now last night I deleted the code 28 drivers since nothing was installed but today fire up my computer go to device manager and Microsoft has done it on a continuous basis. These non drivers from Microsoft are not a problem since I already have the proper drivers installed up higher in device manager. My point is how to stop this code 28 garbage from continuing or just leave as is and forget since it isn't bothering my keyboard or mouse. BTW: The best Logitech keyboard and mouse combo was the Logitech M710, M510 but my mouse pads went on it and as far as know Logitech is now selling nothing but junk including the one I bought.
