?

Should I drop the arm64 defender cabs for both Windows 10 and 11?

Capture the registry and files, and add them to the offline image. For SecHealthUI, extract the appx and add it using dism.

On my SD835 W11 arm64 the latest working platform is: v4-18-23050-9

From v4-18-23060-1004 to v4-18-23100-2004 the platform gets auto-blocked after installation.
From v4-18-23100-2005 to v4-18-23110-2003 Defender crashes, when I run several other programs with an MpOav.dll crash error.

    Also:
Does anybody have any idea, how to reset Defender's wbem - wmi area to the state of Windows clean install? On another x64 PC at the system start I get a "turn on Windows firewall" notification, but the firewall is actually enabled according to Firewall.cpl. I unsuccessfully tried to wipe Malwarebytes failed uninstallation by wbemtest.exe, and then the notification started to appear.
