AFAIK , No. Not yet. But it is on MS to-do list for October 2019:

Planned to be addressed in the Canary channel in October 2019:
-An option to set your own photos as the background image on the New Tab Page

There is no such thing on my machine and Edge is not installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\ but C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge SxS

I got no idea where you got that from

It is possible to save the User Data directory (to save its profile with the settings, extension, etc ...) but without the history, Cache...?
Or know which file is for the history, etc ... (for Cache, it's the Cache directory)

    Thanks

    - Cookies
    - Cookies-journal
    - CURRENT
    - Current Session
    - Current Tabs
    - Favicons
    - Favicons-journal
    - History
    - History Provider Cache
    - History-journal
    - JumpListIconsRecentClosed
    - JumpListIconsTopSites
    - Login Data
    - Login Data-journal

This link was valid till Sunday, 25 August 2019 20:56:02 UTC
but what day and date is now?
    What link it should be?
Is it Microsoft Edge 77.0.235.9 Stable x64 (64-bit)? If so then there is now already newer version 77.0.235.15

that generally happens when somebody uses the generic offline installers.
