It is impossible to guess anything more, because it can only be a local problem, ie a problem on your computer.
I tried to shut down all sys tray apps. I can also try to remove GPU drivers. Something tells me they might the culprit.
I can confirm that so far I have been installed it on three computers and used the whole day, also have downloaded several files - there is no such problem.
