    I localized my edge canary applying the following steps :
    - navigate to C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge SxS\Application\76.0.xxx.0\Installer
    - execute setup.exe
    This will create C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge
    - Now copy the content of the Edge folder to to Edge SxS folder
    - uninstall now Microsoft Edge
    Your Microsoft Edge Canary is now localized.
