Not sure with that. It could be free if MS creates an Major update but a new OS and it seems to be just that. Until now AFAIK MS never charged for SP's and that may would be Windows Blue.
Since it's Windows reimagined..it might also mean service pack reimagined....& they reimagined the concept of a service pack by making it a low cost windows update
Then it's useless and hopeless. Yes, MS will adopt Apple's charging policy: 40 bucks a year for a "feature".
Lets just all pray that Microsoft tests this OS FULLY before shoving it out. It seems that every other OS is crappy and then the next one is amazing
It should be no surprise that the 3 year OS cycle is not going to work anymore in today's market... Which is another way of saying that Windows Blue rumblings are, of course, true. And if they aren't working on that what else would they be working on?
Gotta agree with you on that statement. Look at Windows 7 over Vista, it owned Windows Vista in every way possible.
