After upgrading to build 10240 from 10166 I get this error when opening Microsoft Money (See attached image) Money worked fine in all previous Windows 10 builds but in 10240 not working. Anybody else having the same issues and is their a fix?
Something that requires IE6 does not work on Win 10. That really is a bugger... get over it, if you must run it in XP VM
Money is working on 10166... I haven't tested on 10240 If this is real, I won't be using Win10 RTM because I've been using Money for years and couldn't do without it.
I don't need to get over anything! I'm using money on another computer running Windows 8.1 but would like if possible to be able to run it on Windows 10!

That's not the most intelligent answer I've read... Up to 10166, everything is OK with Money (even working quicker than on Windows 8.1) and, in build 10240, it's not working anymore... that's really not a good news. How many other software have the same problem ? Do we have to test all software again ? That's a shame if this is going to be by design in the RTM build..
Keep your apps up2date, then you will have less issues or just go back to 8.1 if it's such important to you. Everything I use works without any issues so far.
standard browser in 10240 is set to edge. Go and change it to IE since the software asks for Internet explorer, worth a try
I've tried all combinations but no luck I'm afraid, something was changed between builds 10661 and 10240 which has caused this problem!

lol ... finally it was related to IE what I said. It could not be fixed with only changing to IE instead of using the edge but glad to see a solution
Microsoft has this bad habit of selling something like Microsoft Money and then a few years later they loose interest and drop the program. I bought and used Microsoft Front Page for web site development. Then they replaced it with Microsoft Expression. So I bought Expression. Then they lost interest and dropped Expression. I can still use Expression but they have not continued to update and improve the program. PS I still miss Microsoft Bob.
