Hello friendz, today I wanna tell one interesting thing about MS Office 2010 phone activation system. I have download Retail version of Office Pro Plus.... Installed it, with one of the Legit Key... Tried to activate it Via Internet.... but it says the key is legit but it exceeds the limit of activation.... Now, at this point i Select phone activation.... selected my country name... then in the confirmation ID field,,, i put all zeros.... and press enter... I m surprised.... when Office says "Activation Successful" after doing this i restarted my Office application.... now the sad thing appears... after re-starting WORD... office says " Office 2010 cannot verify license you have to repair the installation" --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- now peoples plz tell me what the hell is going on.... ????? why the office 2010 accepts the confirmation id.... you can also put 0000-0000-00000-00000-00000-00000-00000-00365 after this the office will accept your confirmation code... but the license file got corrupt after doing this.... whats the real deal behind this ??? if u remember NORTON ANTIVIRUS 2006 also has that same bug... in phone activation... but Team EDGE provides the keygen for "Phone activation" which converts you installation into confirmation ID.... my question is are we supposed to get this type of keygen in future ???? and the second question is " are we getting a "Auto-Activating Office 2010" using scripts and legit keys... like windows 7 .... and the last question is .... if i call to microsoft and tell them my legit key (which is not mine, i found it from some italian site....) ... do Microsoft verify the owner of key... or they just tells me the confirmation code.... after knwoing my installation id .... plz anyone answer this .... waiting desperately......
In answer to all your questions...same answer: NO. You will have to uninstall, us the ms cleaner tool, delete all folders and temp files. Enjoy the trial or browse this forum for VL solutions. There is no permanent "fix" and probably won't be any time soon.
Convert your Retail to VL. We have a thread here with instructions. KMS activation for unlimited number of 180 days. Just use the scheduler to activate it every 179 days. Same as "permanent" activation because it's unlimited.
correct its really the only way unless you have a legit key that has not exceeded its limit. and a key that was used that many times will probably be blacklisted eventually anyway
I m looking for some one who can exchange my Office Pro Plus MAK Key with Office Standard MAK Key.... yes its true... i want office standard 2010.... but i have got a MAK key for Office 2010 Pro Plus... with over 3,000 activation count left... just checked it with VAMT 2.0.....
no hey don't try to call microsoft supporting team and tell them about the key that key is not yours it own by other one "unknown" or it created by "keygen" don't put your self in bad situations good luck with perfect ms copy here in this site don't forget to use mini KMS activator
MAK key is for lifetime, but If you want to activate after its activation count reaches zer0, your Office will not activate.... If you use KMS(Which gives 180 days), and schedule that task every month or 170 days or so...then it is also for lifetime.
@ƒreeman I said I have got a MAK Key for Pro Plus which has over 3,000 activations count left.... and this is the biggest difference between MAK and KMS is that ... MAK is for lifetime... until the activations counts reaches zero... but KMS requires activations after every 180 days........ thats so simple dude... now peoples who have MAK key for office standard 2010 ... plz come forward........ i m serious for exchanging
the reason why no one was offering was that when we did whole sale anybody can have MAK keys whoever they may be in my case the proplusvl one my inbox was basically being spammed to death with request.... What everybody agreed on between the mod's and those who had it was that you pretty much have to work in order to be rewarded with the MAK key.... Cause its like a glass of water in the desert once its all gone you can't get anymore...
@onlyeuro, You already have the MAK key for the Professional Plus version. It has everything the Standard version has + more. It doesn't make sense to go ask for the Standard MAK key. You should just use the ProPlus version.
if you don't want to use all the feature of pro plus, what the customize installation button for? And you can always use Office Customization Tool to automate the customization.
there's something i noticed with phone activation and online activation. i activated one office 2010 pro plus by phone and after it's activated, there's no more option to change the product key. i activated one office 2010 pro plus online and the option to change the product key is still available. what does it mean ? that by phone activation will stay permanent and cannot be unactivated by microsoft as there's no more the option to change the product key ? this option is in the help section under "product activated". with the online activated office 2010 i can see under "product activated", change the product key, as the product is activated too. that's the only difference i can see between by phone and online activation.
