Hello, I installed Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus on my Windows 7 Dell desktop computer. However, whether I open Word, Excel or any Office program, it says (Program Activation Failed) and has very limited functions. It was recommended that I get the Office Toolkit Activator. However, as you can see in the attached images, when I click EZ-activator, it says licensing details are corrupt. When I try to install a license or product key, they both fail as well. How should I proceed? The more clear, simple, and detailed your instructions, the better for me as I'm not much of a computer technical person. Thank you!
