Thank you. It did work to get the fluent UI across all selected 365 products with the registry edits, but after I used KMS_VL_ALL as you suggested to convert retail to VL and activate automatically, the products still shows a yellow banner that says it hasn't been activated. KMS_VL_ALL says "Detected Office 2016 C2R Retail could not be converted to Volume" Edit: I cleaned the installation and redownloaded 365 business in en-US (previously en-GB failed the activation for some reason), KMS_VL_ALL successfully converted to Mondo 2016 and activated.
@lukedriftwood What channel are you on mate, Beta or Current? I'm wondering if that may cause slight differences in the Fluent UI, my most recent screenshots this post are on Current Channel.
Current channel, v2109 build 14430.20298 shows in every product, I followed every step and every setting in your guide.

That's exactly what I did, I installed 365 retail and converted to Mondo 2016 license. But Excel has a slightly different fluent UI. Even your own screenshots show a different fluent UI in Excel. Have a look yourself and report back.

Anybody know anyway to have a visual refresh for Office LTSC 2021, keep the LTSC 2021 license, not convert to Mondo 2016 license ? Please show the proof
