You may have bad ISO image files.. The latest is Windows 10 21H2 is out there. you can go Microsoft website download Media creation for Windows 10 (Home/Pro) 21H2 and can do ISO or USB flash drive..

try to deploy install wim directly using dism | diskpart plus dont forgot to bcdedit
or else if you dont know how | then use murphy tool here for this
see if it works for you.

Try it first as a VM to cross check if it works according to your needs.
