Microsoft Visual J# 2.0 Redistributable Package Unistall Problem

    I installed a program and it auto installed Microsoft Visual J# 2.0 Redistributable Package. Now when I try to unistall it the unistaller crashes with the followin error:

    Have you tried to uniinstall in safe mode?

    Fixed

    I fixed it by Disabling DEP for the unistaller executable. If anyone else has the same problem just follow this steps:

    1. Go to Control Panel>System>Advanced System Settings
    2. Go to the Advanced tab and then press Settings from the Performance section.
    3. Go to the Data Execution Prevention tab and click the second checkbox.
    4. Press Add and browse to C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Microsoft Visual J# 2.0 Redistributable Package\install.exe
    5. Press OK and then Reboot your computer.
    6. Unistall Microsoft Visual J# 2.0 Redistributable from Control Panel>Programs and Features.
