Not necessary. Besides those are just Tools, not the actual IDE.
with all that stuff you have installed, something else might have installed it and uses it.
how can we tell wheather
it's important or not it not I will uninstall it
uninstalling it would certainly give you an idea the next time you run a program that needs it. I would uninstall it if I didn't personally use it. If it is needed, the program requiring it will complain, simply reinstall that particular program again to get it back. Simplest way IMO.
