Why is Microsoft making this available now that Windows 7 has a very limited life time of only 9 or 10 months? I gotta wonder what they are thinking
Where do you see Microsoft announcing or promoting these? they probably using it for some internal or oem tests or somethig related to Azure Virtual flagship
They sure did But this is not new: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...win7-distribution.45005/page-116#post-1503347 https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...win7-distribution.45005/page-116#post-1503348 https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/new-isos.79045/
I agree Enth, but for a time period (last year or more) you could not get a Windows 7 download from M$ because they stopped it. Digital River was providing W7 and suddenly it stopped, and now after some "updates" you can now download it again. Why are they (M$) doing this so late in the game?
not only that but the "Telemetry-infected" & oversized win7 iso builds don't include usb 3.0 drivers, which are sorely needed on modern PCs that use usb 3.0/3.1 only ports
