Do you guys know if VIRTUAL PC 2007 v6.0.211 RTM also has the requirement of the hardware virtualization? (something that my Atom 330 does not have, currently running VPC 2007 SP1 with no problems) sebus
can´t install after install the 64 bit version, i can´t start it. i get a message like, original is on german, like "the product id is not right" what does it mean
Of course MICROSOFT.WINDOWS.VIRTUAL.PC.AND.XP.MODE.7600.1639 3.RTM.ML IF you have hardware virtualization enabled in your BIOS sebus
On my x64 Pro, after installing those two update my Vmware does not work ... impossible to start my images (Vmware) I uninstalled "XP mode" and "Virtual PC 2007" ... Vmware image and my work again Have you noticed the same thing?
Why would you bother with XP Mode when you already have a superior VM system (Vmware Workstation) sebus
Has anyone installed the RTM version? If so can you tell any differences between the RTM and RC? Better question would be what changes were made if any that you notice.
So far I noticed (as there is NO readme of any kind) - original VPC 2007 SP1 on W7 x64 installed fine, this RTM also installed but stated that runs on unsupported OS (even it recognized it as Vista) - recognized my Atom 330 as P3 SSE2 only So to me looks like a step backwards... No other changes noticed so far sebus
I went ahead and installed it. So far so good no issues as of yet. Hope they come out with some fixes for the people who are having some issues. I did notice it seems a bit smoother on load up but then again that could just be me.
