    Same Problem , i didnt find anyting since 2008 , it seam this phoenix bios cannot be upgraded or moded.

    The only way u can o/c is using the nvidia ntune software.

    It allow you to change the cpu,ram,pci-e and nvidia video card frequency under windows. work with xp, vista, 7 32/64 bits.

    If anyone can give us some link, to get slic2.1 bios mod , or a completely new moded bios that can allow overclock , PLEASE TYPE IT HERE :) Many thanks in advance.

    make backup of bios with afudos or awdflash.. one of them (from dos)
