The easiest ways are with andyp's autotools for AWARD & AMI. You can find them in the Vista section. Generally the mods for SLIC 2.1 are the same as for SLIC 2.0 so if you modded a bios for 2.0 by yourself then doing it the same way with SLIC 2.1 will work too (if the bios version is the same one, cause some never bioses can have changes in free space within a module or so on). Please be sure to use a 'clean' unmodded bios for modding process. Phoenix one the other hand is something more difficult and there are not many people that can do it. If you have such bios then the best way would be to request a mod in the Vista section, and some more advanced modders will do it.
If the pubkey didn't changed compared from SLIC 2.0 to 2.1 then it could remain the same. Just use the Andyp-tool and you shouldn't have problems with it. Method 0+2 is working as far as I remember for gigabyte boards.
I am not the original author, but I took the liberty of transplanting Dell[DELL-PE_SC3-DELL]2.1.BIN into ISA-GA_SP1.BIN. Then I took a clean BIOS for my board GA-P35-DS3L and executed CBROM.EXE P35DS3L.F9 /ISA ISA-GA_SP1.BIN (If you receive "ISA-GA_SP1.BIN added" and no error messages, you should be fine to flash). Activated Vista SP2, Server 2008 Enterprise and Small Business Server 2008 just fine (Dell cert and keys). No problems with losing activation after S3 yet. Since no Certs and Keys for W7/2008R2 are available yet, I had no opportunity to test whether SLIC 2.1 really works. Good luck!
i just simple use util on default settings and insert slic to original bios... just press button and ready ... after do flash and use key and cert
