iCafe drivers don't have Radeon Settings or ReLive which I use very often.

So RX6900XT can run normally on win 7? that's weard cause i was download the driver from the AMD's website, for the latest driver 21.5.2 for win7 , but i got this low fps issue, and when i try to use the way you did try to update my drivers it says i must update it with amd installer , do you know how to fix the low fps problem? My build -> CPU:1920X GPU RX6900XT master mem hyperX 16G harddrive seagate 2TB HDD power ROG THOR 850W.

Run DDU first, then install the modded drivers. That's how I did it.

my god what are you doing, run DDU, download the drivers in the OP, install them with Device Manager and off you go.
