Modify the taskbar clock & hide the "show desktop button" with YTrayClock!

    I think that's August abbreviated in a language different than English.
    Also thanks for the tip OP

    I was just testing, it's fully customizable!

    You can display the month as aug, august, 8, 08... however you like.
    And even place items side by side, or one above the other. Try it out.

    edit: Yes in this corner of the world it's Avgust, not August.

    Thanks, I was actually looking for something like this!

    And MS thinks the date doesn't fit when you have a small taskbar... sigh.

    Thanks for the discovery, I never heard about this small alternative utility before. Now I can finally remove that annoying one-pixel line ("Show desktop" button) at the right of the clock, at least this little program seems to be the only method to remove it at this moment.

    Used almost all of its variants over the years and still love its customization possibilities. :)
    Only small issue is that the most recent release can't open the new default Win10 XAML calendar popup (anyway it can display the old Win7-like calendar/clocks popup if enabled in the registry)
