    Lenovo/Motorola's Software Fix installer is made with NSIS, so you should be able to extract it using 7-Zip or similar. The driver installer MSI is located under
    Code:
    Software_Fix_vx.x.x.x_setup.exe\$APPDATA\LMSA\drivers\Motorola\
    Try to run it beforehand in order to rule out any Windows Installer related issue. You should also be able to get a much better error log this way.

    What Windows 10 version/build or architecture? Most software expects version 2004+ and/or x64 (no arm64 or x86) If its a old build, especially non-LTSC, can be problems
