hi to all. I have this problem. in my Dell laptop(cpu I7-6GB Ram, SSD 240GB) I have problem with my mouse( Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000 ). I have Windows 10 Home and I have lag, small freezes in random times. I installed Microsoft and keyboard software but nothing fixed. I disabled fast startup but still freezes at random times. I tried also MarkC_Windows_10+8.x+7_MouseFix but problem remains. please can u help me to fix this problem? what can I do? thank u!!!
the battery is new. in Windows 8.1 my mouse worked great. I think its a driver related issue but I cant find which driver cause it. With fresh Windows 10 install mouse working great but after updates etc. mouse starts to lag, freeze.
if u mean Dell touchpad yes I remove it completely. I also test a wired mouse and I got the same freezes. why?
I have the same problem but with the touchpad. It's lagging, freezing with W10, not sure if is HW or SW problem, but with older W8.1 I didnt have any issue...I have newest drivers, but still lagging...
