I will start by verifying the driver, make sure you have the latest from the mouse manufacturer, btw what kind of mouse you have? I will start there:cheers:

I doubt it very much that it is a driver problem especially when it is only happening when running web browsers I would think more like malware, something is slowing browsers down when it is displaying busy pointer.

yeah makes sense Urie, so a malwarebytes scan maybe helpful. Also, trying another mouse may help narrow the possibilities:shisha:

Guys. I did an super antispyware full scan last night and deleted anything it found. I did delete the mouse drivers and let windows re-install them. If the issue continues I will update the results in this thread.

    thx

run Adwcleaner from bleepingcomputer.com downloads section.

    also run a checkdisk
click start type CMD now right click and run as admin
    now type
    chkdsk /f
press enter and now it says it cant. press Y and enter to schedule on restart.
    now restart pc

if still funny, try combofix from same site.

if it is malware or anything similar i would use hitmanpro. i have used hitman before on costumers computers all the time and i personally love it. it finds stuff that most other anti malware/viruses wouldn't have found. if not try using malwarebytes or eset?
