After "Système", "Michel G" and "Administrateurs", you can add your own account with read/write abilities ("Contrôle total" will obviously work, but some privileges are not needed for simple files transferts and modifications). You can also add "Utilisateurs", which means ALL simple Windows users can read/write/modify/delete files and folders, without the need to be administrator, but do it only if security is not a problem.

You can edit authorizations subfolder by subfolder or for all the partition.

Here is an exemple of authorizations that could be necessary to transfer files and read them:
    Autorisations de base :
    NOT Contrôle total
    YES Modification
    YES Lecture et exécution
YES Affichage du contenu du dossier
    YES Lecture
    YES Écriture

    Autorisations avancées :
Everything but NOT "Contrôle total", "Modifier les autorisations" and "Appropriation". In that case, appropriations and authorization modifications will ask for administrator privileges, but not the rest of operations. It could prevent unwanted reappropriations.
