MS OFFICE - The operating system is not presently configured to run this application

    Ok, I have formated my PC used only oo-software windows shutup10, now it is working correctly
    There were no clear way for me to fix that all tho i tried many things nothing worked.

    Edit: hah ok turns out this was causing the problem before
    In regedit

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion

    And i manualy change before ProgramFilesDir and ProgramFilesDir(x86) to a different location so new programs will be installing there, would never thought this will cause so much pain.

    Can you explain your registry issue? I am having the same problem
