So, I've been having issues with some games and most of the error reports say the fault lies with the MSVCR*.dll (*=whatever version). I opened the program control panel and found I have several versions of MS Visual C++ Redistribute installed: 2005 twice, 2008 twice and 2010. My question is, are the multiple installations causing the problems? Should I remove the older versions of the doubled up installs or do the games need specific versions to run properly?
