MSMG ToolKit to Convert W8.1/Srv 2012 R2 RTM/GA ISO - W8.1/Srv 2012 R2 Update 1 ISO

I am trying to integrate the Spring update 1 into Windows Enterprise x64...I have done the following:-

Copied all files from the Enterprise ISO into the DVD folder
Copied all the Spring Update 1 files into the updates/x64 folder

When I've pressed option 1 from the Menu...Update Boot WIM Image I get the following error:-

C:\users\ady199\Downloads\MSMG is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

It gives the same error on all the steps.

Help!!!

Wait but this isn't ok you need to Deploy and do a cleanup resetbase and a sysprep generalyze to get it done the right way

 

scrip runs great but cant get below 49 plus cant fix fit on 4 gb disk tried both cmd scrip's I don't know what iam doing wrong ?

 

Do you have to do steps 1, 2 and 3 before making ISO ?

Or just one of them ?

Step 2 to update install & recovery wim does not list any images to update and fails

 

Rename your .msu's to ie: windows8.1-kb2919355-x64.msu (remove last bit)
Then 1&2&3 in that order.
