.msp <CDKey></CDKey> decode?

    Anybody knows what encoding is used by OCT during .msp creation for encoding of the product key?

    Asking about 2007 specifically, but probably same encoding is used for later versions (but they use <PIDKEY Value="***********************" /> ie. 2010 <PIDKEY Value="B5S817AH3WR2KC23TK7Q2JR8" /> )
