.msu Files not Installing

    I downloaded the latest updates from the Windows Update Catalog and I am getting the error below. I searched this forum and also on line but I could not find a resolution. I have previously installed the updates with no problem. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!


    Installer encountered an error: 0x80070422

    The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

    I'm still getting the same error message. Do you have any other suggestions?

    "I have previously installed the updates with no problem.". Good. But you do not state clearly which new CU it is. And the installation log?
