Multi HDD testing

    Sorry if this is the wrong section I wasn't sure which place to ask this question.

    I have a server which I have just purchased 6 new HDD well these drives are 6tb each and I want to test them make sure no issues.

    Now the question is which software or boot type disc can I use to test multi drives at the same time? (don't mind if it can only be say 2-3 together still better then 1)

    Scanning one at a time is not really an option the time it would take is massive at around week+

    Isn't SMART data enough to see if the drives are in good condition?
    the tests themselves shouldn't take that long to complete

    What are the best tools to recover data and check the disk for bad sectors?
